Raise a WOOF Annual Gala
Join us on October 3, 2026, for an unforgettable evening at the Giant Paw Prints Annual "Raise A Woof" Gala, held at the stunning Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa, located at 777 Blue Chip Drive. From 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, you will enjoy a night filled with fun as we come together to celebrate our mission of rescuing giant breed dogs. The event will feature live and silent auctions, where attendees can bid on exclusive items all while supporting our furry friends in need. Plus, don't miss your chance to participate in our raffles, with prizes that will leave you barking with joy! Your participation will help us continue providing vital veterinary care, housing, and love to the gentle giants we rescue. PANCAKES AND GIANT DOGS
Join us at the Washington Twp Volunteer Fire Department Pancake Breakfast, Sunday, October 4th, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Meet our dedicated firefighters and enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast. While you're there, be sure to visit some of our gentle giant dogs. Don't miss this chance to support our local heroeshatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
PAWS & PASTRIES
Calling all our young decorators!! Join the fun with our Mini Cake Decorating Contest. We will have prizes for best decorated cake for humans and best decorated cake for dogs.

TRUCK or TREAT
We will be at the USW 6787 Truck or Treat Event on Sunday, October 11 from 11 to 2pm. Join us at 1100 Max Mochal Hwy, Chesterton, IN
Paint Your Pet November 7th
Choose a photo: After registering, you submit a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet before the event. Photos with good lighting and a simple background usually produce the best results.
Canvas preparation: Before the class, the instructor sketches or transfers your pet's outline onto a canvas, so you don't have to draw it yourself.
Painting session: During a 2 hour class, you'll receive step-by-step guidance on mixing colors, painting fur, eyes, and other detail. Our instructors provide individual help as needed.
Materials included: We provide the canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, easel, apron, palette, and a printed copy of your pet's photo for reference.
Finished artwork: You take home a completed custom portrait of your pet at the end of the session, although some people may choose to add final touches at home.
PHOTOS WITH SANTA PAWS & MS. CLAUS
We will be at the Living Hope Community Church, 1115 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso, IN on December 5th from 10am to 2pm.
Tudors Tacos will be joining us from 11am to 1pm.
We will also have Paws and Pastries there for mini cake decorating from 10am to 2pm.
We will have a bake sale and craft fair just in time for Christmas
